Welcome to MK Computer Trading. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mkcomputertrading.com and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and prices are accurate. However, minor differences in colour, packaging, model revision, or specifications may occur. Please contact us before ordering if you need confirmation about a particular product or compatibility requirement.

2. Prices and Availability

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or typographical errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order represents a request to purchase a product; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may confirm, refuse, or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing is incorrect, or there is a suspected fraudulent transaction.

Payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, online payment, or any other method shown at checkout. Orders may require advance payment or verification before dispatch.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through suitable courier and delivery partners. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to location, product availability, weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number. Additional charges may apply if an order must be re-dispatched because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our applicable Return & Exchange Policy. For laptops, a return or exchange may be requested within 7 calendar days only for a verified technical or hardware fault not caused by the customer, subject to inspection and eligibility conditions.

Products must be returned with the original invoice, charger, accessories, packaging where provided, and all supplied items. We may refuse a return where there is physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, missing items, broken seals, unauthorised repair, or a request outside the applicable return period.

6. Warranty

Products with a manufacturer or seller warranty are covered according to the warranty period and conditions provided with the product. Warranty does not normally cover accidental damage, liquid damage, electrical damage caused by power issues, physical breakage, misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that a product is suitable for your requirements before purchasing. You should verify compatibility, including device model, ports, voltage, specifications, and software requirements, where applicable. Please back up personal data before submitting any device or laptop for inspection, repair, return, or warranty service.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access where misuse is suspected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MK Computer Trading will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our website after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
