Laptop Return & Exchange Policy

At MK Computer Trading, every laptop is thoroughly tested before sale to ensure it is in proper working condition. Please read this Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase only if the laptop has a verified technical or hardware fault that was not caused by the customer.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible, the laptop must:

  • Be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase or delivery;
  • Be in the same condition in which it was received;
  • Include the original charger, accessories, packaging (if provided), invoice, and all supplied items;
  • Have no physical damage, liquid damage, misuse-related scratches, burn marks, dents, or signs of accidental damage;
  • Not have been opened, repaired, upgraded, or modified by an unauthorised person;
  • Have all warranty stickers and security seals intact, where applicable; and
  • Be free of passwords, personal accounts, and customer data.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase;
  • The customer no longer likes the laptop;
  • The customer ordered the wrong model or specifications;
  • The laptop has been physically damaged, dropped, exposed to liquid, or misused;
  • Any accessories, charger, invoice, or included items are missing;
  • A warranty sticker or security seal has been removed or damaged; or
  • The return request is made after the 7-day period.

Inspection Process

All returned laptops undergo a complete technical inspection by our service team. If the reported issue is confirmed and the product meets all return conditions, MK Computer Trading may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the laptop;
  • Replace it with the same or an equivalent model, subject to availability; or
  • Issue a refund where applicable.

Important Notice

By purchasing a laptop from MK Computer Trading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy. MK Computer Trading reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
